The treatment of the tear troughs has few side effects. However, sometimes there may be swelling and some redness. In a few cases you can suffer from bruising. These disappear within a few days. Five hours after the treatment, the puncture holes in the skin are closed and you may wear makeup again if desired. After the treatment you can immediately resume your daily activities.

We treat the tear troughs with a hyaluronic acid filler from Belotero. This filler has a safety certificate (CE mark) and an FDA mark. You will be treated with 1 ml Belotero, divided between left and right.
Have you had your tear troughs treated with a filler before, and are the circles under your eyes slowly reappearing? Then a touch up treatment is a good solution for you. We use a smaller amount of filler to give you a fresh look again, namely 0.6 ml of filler divided over the left and right. This touch-up treatment costs 170 euros.
