To protect your personal data and prevent identity fraud, we kindly ask our clients to present identification at the reception before each appointment. If you have an appointment, we kindly request you to have your identification ready upon arrival.
Drinks, Drugs, and Food
For health and hygiene reasons, smoking, drug use, and consuming alcohol/food are strictly prohibited in our clinics.
Animals are not allowed in our clinics due to hygiene reasons and potential disturbances.
After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a medical questionnaire via email. It is important for the treatment that you answer all questions truthfully.
Under the influence and treatments
If you are under the influence of alcohol and/or narcotics, the treatment cannot be performed.
Cosmetic/Surgical Treatments from 18 years
The treatments performed in our clinics are exclusively intended for individuals who have reached the legal age of 18 years or older.
Children in the Clinic
Please note that supervision cannot be provided for accompanying children. Additionally, we would like to inform you that the treatments in our clinics are medically oriented and may be distressing for young children.
Belongings & Waste
We kindly request that you take your belongings and waste with you or dispose of them in the designated trash bins. Dr. Penny is not responsible for any loss or theft of your belongings.
We work by appointment. Our clients will be assisted in the order of their appointments, not on a first-come, first-served basis.
Treat our staff/other visitors with respect. Profanity, shouting, threatening, and/or offensive/disrespectful/discriminatory remarks will not be tolerated.
If you are late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that the appointment can proceed. Please inquire at the reception. If the appointment is no longer possible, we can schedule an alternative appointment with you.
Dr. Penny follows a 2-hour policy. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel/reschedule at least 2 hours in advance. You can do this through the link provided in the confirmation email you received from us. If you repeatedly arrive late or fail to show up for your appointment without notice, the practitioner may deny you access to the clinic.
It is possible that our appointments may run over the allotted time. Dr. Penny is not responsible for any costs incurred due to these delays. Please inform the reception if you wish to cancel/reschedule your appointment due to the delay.
