Dr. Penny handles your online personal data securely.
Dr. Penny works only with tools and parties that comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Therefore, we have signed processing agreements with our third-party partners. These agreements provide guarantees that the protection of your rights is ensured. This includes the online marketing agency, Kroon IT, and Google. We have not given any permission for these tools and parties to use your data for their own services.

The data is used for retention marketing and to review conversations regarding questions, information, and complaints. This means that it is retained indefinitely, until you indicate that you want the personal data to be deleted.
Data processing cookies

Dr. Penny's website is HTTPS secured. This means that all data exchanged with Dr. Penny via the website is encrypted with SSL security. This data is stored within the secure CMS system and the Office 365 email environment of Dr. Penny, where only Dr. Penny staff, the internet agency, and the IT desk have access. Your contact history is securely stored so we can review the conversation, as well as address any questions or complaints.
Data processing chat
Through the chat on the website, you can also contact us. The conversations you have with us are securely stored in our webcare monitoring tool OBI4WAN. Your contact history is safely stored so we can review the conversation and address any questions or complaints. When you contact Dr. Penny via the website chat, you will be asked to provide some personal information. Below is a brief explanation of why this data is needed:
- Name: Used as a formality when addressing you;
- Email address: This is required to contact you if you accidentally close the chat;

You can also contact us via social media channels such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Your messages are received on the mentioned platforms and in our online webcare monitoring tool OBI4WAN. Your contact history is securely stored there to review discussed information regarding appointments, as well as to address any questions or complaints. Photos of clients are only posted on Dr. Penny's channels when the client has given their consent.
You may also occasionally see an advertisement from Dr. Penny on Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn, or Instagram. When you, as a Facebook or Instagram user, agree to their terms and conditions, you also consent to advertisement data. If you leave your information through ads you see on Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube, you agree that Dr. Penny can use this data for marketing purposes. Through Clinicminds, you can independently schedule appointments with Dr. Penny online. This data, including your appointment history, is stored in Clinicminds until you request it to be deleted. Below is a brief explanation of why and which data we collect from you:
- First and last name: For scheduling the appointment, sending a personal email, and identity verification before the appointment takes place.
- Gender: We use the salutation for sending a personalized email.
- Email address: For sending a confirmation email or a personalized email.
- Phone number: For information regarding an appointment, such as changes, and for confirming the appointment you have made online.
- Address: Useful for us to know where you live in case of unexpected changes to a consultation schedule.
- Date of birth: For identity verification before the appointment takes place.
